How does a subscription to Adventure Standard work?

When you sign up for a subscription (monthly, 3 months or quarterly), a box will arrive at your door each period starting with the month you sign up in. All subscriptions auto renew at the end of their cycle and can be canceled at anytime by logging into your account and selecting “cancel subscription”. You can also reach out; email: support@adventuresubscription.com. Be sure to cancel before the 1st of your billing month to avoid getting billed and shipped that current month’s box.

Does everyone get the same box each month?

Sometimes yes but the intent is to put a box in your hand that best represents your adventures, interests, likes and what you are passionate about.

What’s included in my subscription?

Every month you’ll receive a box catered to your outdoor lifestyle. We work hard to curate new, local and innovative products that appeal to you guys.

Do I get to choose what goes in my box?

We like to keep that part a surprise each month. If you have a product you want to see in a future box, we’d love to hear about it or if you hated something in that box. Email us at support@adventuresubscription.com with your ideas or hates. 

What If there is a bad piece of gear or problem?

We look at every piece that goes into the box and put the boxes together ourselves. We are not perfect and make mistakes. Just shoot us an email at support@adventuresubscription.com and will resolve any issue or problem!
